I hope everyone is well......

I wanted to make a post for anyone who reads this to know you aren't alone and social distancing isn't isolation just a way to change up how we all communicate with each other and such  I myself never really preferred to be in close contact with anyone else so I can say it isn't all bad and there are so many options to still keep in touch or even things you can do to keep busy.!

If you're in a relationship now is a great time to maybe go do nature walks, if outside activities arent your thing you could always do fun quizzes, or maybe even paint to together. Anything at this time is possible if you venture into your mind for new options especially if you're over 30+ because over 30 we had the advantage of still having to use our creativity when bored or stuck in the house.

Somethings are better done alone I believe as well. I love making candles on my own I have creative control and its fun to test out new scents. I also developed a love for poly clay recently!! I made a few pieces, I also started making face mask which as you know the medical field could really use an extra hand at this time, I never made one before so that's been challenging I wanted to for my sinus flair ups but never got into it, and then we had this medical crisis and I want to be a helping hand if I can. Some other things you can do solo is organizing and straighten out clutter which I also been doing I also went out to get my meds which are also fine too, we should try to change the way this whole thing is being hammered into all of us and find solutions and positive reinforcement. Just remember you weren't alone before this whole thing and you aren't now. We can help by just being creative and supportive of one another.

Also when the weather clears up some more enjoy the spring time!!!!
